RF online (atau Rising Force Online) adalah permainan video daring (MMORPG) dengan nuansa gabungan antara fantasi dan masa depan dengan tema yang menarik. Bermula di suatu galaxy bernama NOVUS pemain bisa memilih salah satu dari 3 bangsa yang ada untuk memakmurkan bangsa tersebut dan bertempur untuk menaklukan seluruh jagad.Permainan ini berpusat pada konflik 3 bangsa untuk memperebutkan resource yang berharga yaitu tambang agar untuk memakmurkan bangsa tersebut dan bertempur untuk menaklukan seluruh jagad. Ada 3 ras yang ada pada permainan ini:
  • Acretia Empire: Accretia adalah ras cyborg. Sekarang mereka mempunyai tujuan untuk menguasai dunia. Tubuh metal mereka adalah yang paling kuat di dalam permainan dan mempunyai teknologi canggih, tetapi mereka tidak bisa memakaisihir. Ras ini mendirikan kekaisaran, yaitu Acretia Empire.

Latar belakang: Accretia adalah otak organik yang memiliki tubuh mekanik. Bukan merupakan Robot yang bergerak dengan program, namun mereka patuh pada aturan, aturan untuk mencapai kesempurnaan. Walaupun Sikap individualis tidak diperbolehkan, kesadaran diri tetap ada; Perkumpulan Accretia tidak terlihat seperti pikiran yang menyatu. Tingkat gravitasi yang tinggi di planet asal Bellato membuat tubuh mereka pendek, tetapi fisik mereka cukup kuat dan pandai. Bellato juga merupakan ahli ekonomi dan berdagang. Keserakahan telah mendorong mereka untuk pergi ke planet lainnya, untuk menjajah dan mendapatkan resources lebih. Untuk memperluas sampai akhir alam semesta, Bellato ingin memastikan bahwa Sektor Novus tidak jatuh dalam kekuasaan Accretia atau Cora. Keinginan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang pasti akan membuat alam semesta diliputi kekacauan.

Berdasarkan sejarah, bangsa Cora sendiri merupakan bangsa yang terbentuk dari campuran beberapa negara dan bangsa yang memiliki kepercayaan sama. Penampilan mereka juga amat menarik, laki-lakinya tinggi tegap, dan perempuannya elok dan cantik.
Bangsa Cora, bertempur untuk keselamatan mereka dari gangguan bangsa lain. Ahli dalam pertempuran baik secara fisik maupun sihir, ilmu dan senjata mereka pada umumnya adalah barang yang diberkati oleh dewa mereka, DECEM. Holy Alliance Cora merupakan bangsa dengan kemampuan sihir terkuat, sehingga Cora adalah satu-satunya bangsa yang mampu memanggil Animus untuk membantu mereka dalam pertempuran.

Latar belakang: DECEM membuat dunia yang dilupakan menjadi keindahan, dan Cora diciptakan untuk menjalankan keinginan DECEM. Mengetahui bahwa mereka bangsa yang terpilih, Cora berkumpul berdasarkan kepercayaan kepada Dewa mereka. Tujuan "Hidup" mereka adalah mendekatkan diri dengan Dewa mereka. Seperti banyak MMORPG, pemain akan memilih 1 bangsa dan bertarung melawan monster untuk mendapat poin pengalaman (Experience). RF mempunyai banyak tipe monster di area yang berbeda.
  • HP - Hit Point adalah status yang paling penting dalam permainan yaitu status darah anda, pada karakter anda adalah bar berwarna merah
  • FP - Force Point sama dengan mana atau kapasitas force anda, di dalam permainan dengan wujud bar biru

  • Pertahanan - Meningkatkan maksimum HP.
Tiap ras mempunyai PT spesial sendiri antara lain :
  • Summon (Cora) - Dapat memperkuat animus dengan cara men-summon animus (paimon, hecate, innana, isis)
  • Launcher (Accretia) - Dapat menggunakan senjata Launcher dan armor Launcher dengan level lebih tinggi. Meningkatkan kekuatan serangan Launcher.
  • Unit (Bellato) - Dapat meng-upgrade MAU dengan komponen yang lebih baik. (Persyaratan level juga harus dipenuhi).

Berikut adalah Profesi;
  • Warrior - Warrior mempunyai kekuatan yang besar dan stamina. Spesialisasinya pada jarak dekat. Warrior level 30 bisa berubah profesi, menjadi destroyer atau gladius untuk bangsa Accretia, menjadi commando atau miller untuk bangsa Bellato, dan menjadi champion atau knight untuk bangsa Cora.
  • Ranger - Ranger mengandalkan kecepatan dan akurasi, mereka kuat dalam pertarungan jarak jauh. Setelah level 30 ranger bisa berubah profesi. Ranger Acretia bisa berubah menjadi Gunner yang spesialisasinya pada senjata launcher.

  • Specialist - Specialist mempunyai banyak kemampuan khusus yang bervariasi tergantung rasnya. mereka berkemampuan membuat barang dan hampir kuat di segala area. Setelah level 30 specialist Bellato bisa menjadi pilot atau biasa disebut Driver/Armor Rider (MAUs). Specialist yang memilih menjadi Engineer (Acretia) atau Craftman (Bellato/Cora) pada level 30 bisa menjadi guard towers
Pada level 40 karakter anda bisa berubah profesi kembali. Profesi membuat anda mempunyai kemampuan tambahan dan mempunyai senjata khusus. Setiap bangsa memiliki profesi yang berbeda. Contoh perkembangan profesi untuk bangsa Accretia adalah sebagai berikut:

Setiap ras mempunyai kemampuan khusus yang unik:
  • Launcher System  : Launcher merupakan senjata pemusnah massal yang hanya dimiliki oleh bangsa Accretia. Senjata Launcher ini memiliki daya hancur yang sangat besar, tujuan diciptakan senjata ini hanya untuk melenyapkan makhluk hidup.
Launcher mempunyai type peluru yang berbeda-beda, 1 peluru biasa dan 4 type peluru ber-elemen (fire, water, wind, terra,). Ada 2 type launcher yaitu launcher & flame thrower. Launcher unit memiliki fungsi spesial apabila digunakan dengan Siege Kit. Apabila menggunakan Siege Kit dengan senjata Launcher, Accretia akan masuk kedalam Siege Mode dimana Accretia tidak bisa bergerak selama di dalam Siege Mode, tetapi serangan dan daya hancur yang dihasilkan akan lebih besar (tergantung siege kit yang dipakai). Dan ada Grenade Launcher yang hanya bisa digunakan oleh Specialist, dari grenade launcher mempunyai pluru yg berbeda-beda(holding web, virus inject, mind control, blind dll) dan tipe yang berbeda-beda(A,B,C,D).
  • Massive Armor Unit (MAU) :Massive Armor Unit atau MAU adalah senjata perang raksasa bangsa Bellato yang bentuknya menyerupai robot. MAU memiliki kemampuan pertahanan, serangan, dan element resist sangat besar, sehingga MAU mempunyai peranan sangat penting bagi bangsa Bellato dalam pertempuran melawan Accretia dan Cora.
Bangsa Bellato mempunyai 2 macam MAU yaitu MAU Goliath(melee) dan MAU Catapult(range). Goliath jika mencapai level 40 akan menjadi advanced goliath. Catapult jika mencapai level 40 menjadi advanced catapult. Anda hanya dapat memperbaiki dan men-tunning MAU di MAU DEALER. MAU otomatis akan hancur ketika HP MAU menjadi 0.
  • ANIMUS : Sumber kekuatan dari bangsa Cora adalah dewa mereka. Oleh karena itu DECEM, Dewa Cora meminjamkan penjaganya untuk membantu bangsa Cora yang disebut "Animus". Animus akan sangat membantu Holy Alliance Cora dalam pertempuran Suci mereka dalam melawan Accretia dan Bellato.
Animus ini sendiri terdiri dari berbagai macam jenis, mulai dari Hecate (stun), Inanna (heal), Isis (double damage) dan Paimon (close range). Hanya profesi Summoner pada bangsa Cora yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memanggil Animus. Summoner harus rajin untuk melatih Animus miliknya sehingga menjadi teman dalam bertempur yang kuat.
Setiap animus mempunyai kemampuan bertambah exp yang berbeda-beda, yakni: -Innana, bertambah ketika anda disembuhkan -Hecate, bertambah ketika hecate menyerang level lawan yang sepadan atau lebih tinggi dari levelnya -Paimon, bertambah ketika diserang level yang sepadan atau lebih tinggi dari levelnya -Isis, hampir sama dengan hecate namun isis mempunyai damage tertinggi dari semua animus.Pemain menerima Contribution Point (CP) setiap membunuh karakter dari ras lain dan juga menyelesaikan misi. Karakter di setiap ras yang memiliki nilai CP tertinggi (top 30) bisa memasuki pemilihan untuk menjadi pemimpin bangsa(Archon) selama 1 minggu atau sebagai salah satu dari empat anggota dewan (wakil archon, tim penyerangan, tim pertahanan, atau tim pembantu).
